*You are welcome to join us on the day of your arrival in Taiwan as well as on the day of your departure. If you would like airport transportation, please select this option during registration.

*Pickup and drop-off services are available only within Taipei and New Taipei City. Additional fees apply for suburban areas and the airport.

*Maximum capacity: 4 people

*You cannot select a specific vehicle model.

*If you would like an 8-hour session, the latest start time is 2:00 PM.

*Our tours generally cover only the Taipei city area. If you wish to visit outlying areas such as Jiufen, Shifen, Wulai, Yangmingshan, Taoyuan, Keelung, Yeliu, or Jinshan, you will need to sign up for an optional tour.

*You may also extend your reservation by one-hour increments. In that case, please adjust your schedule so that your session ends by 10:00 PM. Please select this option from the additional options.

*Reservations may not be available on public holidays.

*Depending on the date of your reservation, you may receive a confirmation response the day after a weekend, a Taiwanese public holiday, or the Lunar New Year period.

*You will be covered by travel liability insurance (2 million yuan) plus medical insurance (200,000 yuan), and travel accident insurance (2 million yuan) plus medical insurance (200,000 yuan) (included in the tour price).

*Seat belts must be worn while inside the vehicle.

*Tour schedules are subject to change or cancellation due to weather, traffic conditions, or other circumstances.

*If you are unable to participate due to changes to the tour itinerary or cancellation of the tour caused by natural disasters (including typhoons), acts of God, war, riots, etc., or due to flight cancellations or delays,As a general rule, we cannot issue refunds for tour fees or any other damages or expenses incurred.

*If you exceed the scheduled usage time on-site, please confirm this with us on the day of your visit, and we will bill you for the additional time at a later date.

*If you stay for two or more consecutive days, you will receive a 5% discount. Please inquire separately in the comments section when making your reservation.
