From 5:00 p.m. local time 4 business days before the event date until 5:00 p.m. 2 business days before the event date: 50% of the total reservation amount
On or after 5:00 p.m. local time, two business days prior to the event date: 100% of the total reservation amount

＜10時間フリープラン＞
From 00:00 local time 3 business days before the event date until 00:00 1 business day before the event date: 50% of the total reservation amount
On or after 00:00 local time one business day prior to the event date: 100% of the total reservation amount

To change a reservation, you must cancel your existing reservation and make a new one. Therefore, a fee equal to the cancellation fee will apply for the change.
In the event of a flight cancellation due to a typhoon, no cancellation fee will be charged if you submit a typhoon-related cancellation certificate to us in advance.
