《Cancellation Policy》

From 5:00 p.m. local time 4 business days before the event date until 5:00 p.m. 2 business days before the event date: 50% of the total reservation amount
On or after 5:00 p.m. local time, two business days prior to the event date: 100% of the total reservation amount

To change a reservation, you must cancel your existing reservation and make a new one. Therefore, a fee equal to the cancellation fee will apply for the change.
In the event of a flight cancellation due to a typhoon, no cancellation fee will be charged if you submit a typhoon-related cancellation certificate to us in advance.

*Please meet near the sofas in the lobby on the first floor of the Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel.
*Since vehicles are arranged based on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage, if the number of passengers or the amount of luggage increases without prior notice, you may not be able to board the vehicle. (In this case, no refund will be issued.) Please be aware of this in advance.
*Tour schedules are subject to change or cancellation due to weather, traffic conditions, and other factors.
During the peak seasons listed below, traffic restrictions are in place at various tourist attractions, so heavy congestion is expected. You may need to transfer to a shuttle bus near your destination.

・Lunar New Year Late January to mid-February (dates vary by year)
・Shifen (Pingxi Area) Sky Lantern Festival: Late January to mid-February (dates vary by year)
・Every weekend
・Long weekends in Japan, Taiwan, and mainland China
*We provide one sky lantern per group.
(The sky lantern is quite large and consists of four panels. Even if four people write their wishes on each panel, there is still plenty of room.)
*If there are only a few participants, the tour will be led by a Japanese-speaking driver instead of a Japanese-speaking guide and a Chinese-speaking driver.
*We strictly prohibit passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or heavily intoxicated from boarding.
*Please note that arrival times may be slightly earlier or later depending on traffic conditions, so please use these times as a general guide.
*During the tour, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children. We will bill parents and guardians for any damages caused by their children, such as damage to items inside the vehicle or damage to merchandise at tourist sites.

*Please choose one of the Taiwanese tea sets.
◆Jiufen Tea House: Enjoy a traditional Taiwanese tea set in the nostalgic atmosphere unique to Jiufen.
◆Old Window Restaurant: Enjoy a traditional Taiwanese tea set while taking in the view of the city lights and the ocean in the distance.
*If we are unable to secure a reservation, we may direct you to another restaurant.
*Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests for specific seats.
*Children under 12 are not permitted to participate in the Jiufen Tea House tour.
* During busy times, you may be seated with other guests.
