Q. Can I participate in activities on the day of checkout?

Of course! Please check out, change into appropriate clothing for the activity, and head to the meeting point. Depending on the tour, we may be able to store your luggage for you.

Important Notes

  1. As a general rule, we will contact you via email or phone the day before or in advance to confirm details such as the pickup location and time, as well as your shoe size.
    *Please note that depending on the tour plan, we may not be able to contact you in advance for reservations made the day before or on the day of the tour.
  2. Please follow the nature guide’s instructions and act accordingly during the tour.
    Since many of our activities take place in natural settings, there is a risk of accidents. For your safety, our nature guides will be leading the tour, so please be sure to follow their instructions at all times.
  3. Please stay within sight of your nature guide at all times during the tour.
    To ensure you have an enjoyable trip, we will take every possible safety precaution. Please stay with your nature guide at all times.
  4. Tours may be canceled or the route or schedule may be changed due to weather conditions, field conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  5. If you feel unwell before or during the tour, please be sure to let your nature guide know.
  6. Please refrain from drinking alcohol before the tour or during lunch. We may refuse to allow anyone who has been drinking to participate in the tour, even on the day of the tour.
  7. For safety reasons, we generally ask that pregnant women or those experiencing symptoms of pregnancy refrain from participating. (Please note that participation may be possible for certain courses, so please consult with us in advance.)
  8. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
    Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

Regarding Cancellation Fees

  1. Cancellation Policy
    The following cancellation policy applies starting 7 days prior to the event date.
    7–2 days prior: 2,000 yen per group (flat rate)
    Cancellations made the day before or on the day of the tour: 100% of the tour fee
    *Please note that some plans may have different cancellation policies than those listed above. For details, please check the page for each plan.
  2. Cases Not Covered by the Cancellation Policy
    If you are unable to participate in the tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as tour cancellations or flight cancellations caused by inclement weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.
    (Example)
    ・Flights were canceled due to an approaching typhoon.
    →If a flight has been canceled, you may cancel your reservation free of charge.
    *Please note that we may ask you to present a flight cancellation certificate.
    ・Flights are likely to be canceled due to the approaching typhoon.
    →If the flight has not been officially canceled, a cancellation fee may apply.
    ・I canceled the trip because the weather looked bad.
    →If the tour has not been canceled at the guide’s discretion, cancellation fees may apply.
    *If there are concerns about inclement weather, your guide will generally contact you regarding whether the tour will proceed. Please note that this decision will be made the day before or on the morning of the tour.
  3. How to Cancel
    If you wish to cancel, please contact us via our official LINE account and provide the following information.
    ・Plan enrollment date
    ・Name of the person making the reservation (full name in katakana)
    ・Registered phone number (no hyphens)
    ・Reason for cancellation (required)

Criteria for Canceling Tours

  • If a weather advisory has been issued or is expected
  • When there is thunder
  • When heavy or prolonged rain in the preceding days is expected to cause rivers and waterfalls to rise
  • If strong winds make it unsafe to conduct the activity
  • When wave heights exceed 2.5 meters (for activities involving going out to sea)
  • When a weather front is expected to pass through
  • If participants do not follow the guide's instructions
  • If the guide is feeling unwell
