*Please note that the meals included in the tour are buffet-style, so you cannot specify the menu. You also cannot specify the contents of the ekiben (station bento boxes).

*Since this is a group tour, you will be guided together with other guests. If you are late for the meeting time, it will inconvenience the other guests, so you will either have to wait at the meeting point or your reservation will be canceled.

*If you wish to leave the tour early, please inform the guide in charge on the day of the tour and sign the early departure form. The tour fee will remain the same even if you leave early.

*In the event that you are unable to participate due to changes to the tour itinerary or cancellation of the tour caused by natural disasters (including typhoons), acts of God, war, riots, etc., or due to flight cancellations or delays, we generally cannot issue refunds for the tour fee or any other damages or expenses incurred.
